Our Farm
Have your event at Historic Two Brook Farm, Built in 1830, we're proud to have lush, organic farmland with a gigantic bank barn and a beautiful, large natural pond which once hosted town skating parties.
Truly, the perfect setting for you !
We also grow a variety of fruits and vegetables using organic, sustainable farming practices to ensure that our crops are healthy and free from harmful chemicals. Our farm is also home to a variety of animals, including fox, geese and deer.
Our History
Built in 1830, the farm was once home to over 350 horses with three of them making history: Reigh Count won the Kentucky Derby in 1928, Count Fleet won the Triple Crown in 1943 and Count Turf won the Kentucky Derby in 1951 becoming the first triple generation in history to win the Kentucky derby.
Mark grew up with farms on both sides of his family. The farm in Colorado was a large cattle and corn operation and his Great Grandfather’s farm in Massachusetts had orchards and vegetables. Mark worked on both of these farms up till college. It has been Mark’s life dream to follow in his Great Grandfather’s footsteps. In addition, Mark has been in the restaurant / night club industry since age 17 having worked every position imaginable and owned the second largest club in Washington DC so we know how to throw a party !
